My wife and I had the privilege of experiencing (your) Ali'i Sacred Falls Tour.  We were greeted by Chuck Lanza who immediately put us at ease with his friendly, confident manner.  He is an outstanding representative of your organization.  We were then expertly flown by Eiki Miyasato.  We have taken numerous helicopter tours all across the U.S. and without question Eiki was the smoothest pilot we have ever flown with.  He was clearly one with his A-Star. 

Your facilities, equipment and personnel are all First Rate.  I would not hesitate to recommend Makani Kai Helicopters to anyone.  Thank you for an outstanding experience that, thanks to your DVD, we will be able to share with others for many years to come.  It was truly wonderful.
